TDC has established partnerships with many North American refineries to provide services for emissions reduction by processing Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) gas.  This sour gas stream (H₂S) is a byproduct of oil and natural gas refining processes.   TDC has developed the necessary technology to effectively extract the sulfur molecules from the refineries sour gas stream through a caustic scrubbing process and then returns clean gas to the refinery.  We have the ability to provide complete emissions control for this H₂S stream.

In addition to our ability to remove these dangerous gasses from the environment, the hallmark of TDC’s values is operating safely, reliably and in an environmentally responsible manner.  The company’s stewardship program has been designed to teach and reinforce safe product transportation, handling, storage, and application through on-site training, technical data and presentations for your personnel. Resources for learning about safe handling or simply reviewing safe handling information to avoid complacency in your workplace are readily available. TDC continuously seeks to improve customer awareness and knowledge of safe product handling and storage.

In an effort to insure safe operations and proactive behaviors, TDC’s Technical Services Manager will offer his time to review customer and carrier procedures and make recommendations to enhance the safety within workplaces where NaHS and NaOH is handled.  TDC typically requires on-site audits yearly so that we can assist customers with recommendations for understanding the best methods of handling our products.
